Terms & Conditions

"User" - Any individual or entity that accesses, registers on, or uses DreamPlots in any capacity (buyer, seller, investor, renter, agent, etc.)

"Seller" - A registered user who lists properties, plots, rentals, or projects on the Platform

"Buyer" - A registered user seeking to purchase or invest in properties or plots listed on the Platform

"Listing" - Any property, plot, rental property, or construction project published on DreamPlots

"Transaction" - The process of inquiry, negotiation, and completion of any real estate deal facilitated through DreamPlots

"Membership Plan" - Paid subscription services offered to sellers for enhanced features and visibility

"Content" - All text, images, videos, descriptions, and data uploaded by Users or DreamPlots

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of DreamPlots, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of India to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password.

2.2 Email Verification

All Users must verify their email address within 24 hours of registration. Failure to verify will restrict access to certain Platform features. DreamPlots may suspend or terminate accounts that do not complete verification.

2.3 Account Ownership

You may have only one active account per email address. Using multiple accounts to circumvent Platform rules is strictly prohibited. DreamPlots reserves the right to merge or terminate duplicate accounts without notice.

2.4 Account Suspension

DreamPlots may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or provide false information. Suspended accounts will be notified with reasons, and you will have 7 days to appeal to our support team.

As a User of DreamPlots, you agree to:

• Provide only accurate, legal, and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and local policies
• Not upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Not engage in harassment, threatening behavior, or fraudulent activities
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform without permission
• Not resell or redistribute Platform content or services

4.1 Listing Guidelines

All property listings must be accurate, current, and complete. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of listing information including title, description, images, pricing, and legal status. Listings containing false, misleading, or illegal information will be removed immediately.

4.2 Verification Process

DreamPlots conducts verification of all listings and Sellers. This includes document verification, property location confirmation, and seller identity validation. All listings go live within 24-48 hours after successful verification.

4.3 Content Rights

Sellers grant DreamPlots a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote listing content across the Platform and associated marketing channels. Sellers retain ownership of their original content.

4.4 Listing Removal

DreamPlots reserves the right to remove, suspend, or modify any listing that violates these Terms. Property sold or rented should be removed by the Seller immediately. Stale listings (inactive for 90 days) may be automatically unpublished.

4.5 No Real Estate Intermediation

DreamPlots is a platform facilitating connections only. We are not a party to any property transaction, do not engage in brokerage, and do not hold funds or facilitate title transfers. All transactions are conducted directly between Buyers and Sellers at their own risk.

5.1 Payment Processing

Payments for Membership Plans and services are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. All payment information is encrypted and securely processed. DreamPlots does not store credit card information.

5.2 Payment Authorization

By initiating a payment, you authorize DreamPlots and Razorpay to charge your chosen payment method. All charges are final unless a refund is approved per our Refund Policy.

5.3 Refund Policy

Membership Plans are non-refundable after 48 hours from the date of purchase. Refunds requested within 48 hours will be processed within 5-7 business days. Service interruption due to technical issues may qualify for pro-rata refunds at DreamPlots' sole discretion.

5.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your account will not be charged. You may retry payment. Repeated payment failures may result in temporary account suspension until payment is completed.

6.1 Plan Options

DreamPlots offers tiered Membership Plans with varying features including listing limits, featured placement, analytics, and priority support. Current plan details are available on the Membership Plans page.

6.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscription Plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You will receive email reminders before renewal. Cancellation can be done anytime from your Account Settings.

6.3 Plan Changes

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime. Upgrades are effective immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6.4 Featured Listing

Featured listings receive enhanced visibility on DreamPlots. Featured status is provided for the subscription duration and automatically expires upon plan cancellation or expiry. DreamPlots does not guarantee specific ranking or lead generation.

7.1 Platform Role

DreamPlots provides a platform for real estate transactions but does not facilitate, guarantee, or assume responsibility for transactions between Buyers and Sellers. All disputes regarding property conditions, pricing, legality, or documentation must be resolved directly between parties.

7.2 Dispute Reports

Users may report fraudulent, illegal, or misleading content through the Platform's Report feature. DreamPlots will investigate and take appropriate action including content removal or account termination if necessary.

7.3 Mediation

DreamPlots may offer non-binding mediation services for disputes between Users relating to Platform usage. Mediation participation is voluntary and facilitated at DreamPlots' discretion.

7.4 Legal Advisory

While DreamPlots provides information about verification and legal documentation, we do not provide legal advice. Users are strongly recommended to consult qualified legal professionals, chartered accountants, and property consultants before entering into any transaction.

8.1 "As Is" Service

DreamPlots is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of any listing or User-provided content.

8.2 No Liability for Transactions

DreamPlots shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from property transactions, fraud, misrepresentation, or non-performance by other Users. Users assume full responsibility and risk in all transactions.

8.3 Limited Damages

DreamPlots' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DreamPlots in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8.4 Technical Issues

DreamPlots is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures, whether caused by our systems or external factors. We maintain reasonable security and backup measures but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9.1 Platform IP

All content, design, functionality, layout, code, and branding of DreamPlots, including the DreamPlots logo, are the exclusive intellectual property of DreamPlots. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal purposes.

9.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (text, images, videos) but grant DreamPlots a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote such content on the Platform.

9.3 Prohibited Usage

You may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, or distribute any Platform content without explicit written consent. You may not use content for commercial purposes, reverse engineering, or competitive activities.

9.4 Infringement Reports

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed on DreamPlots, please contact us at legal@dreamplots.in with detailed evidence. We will investigate and take appropriate action within 48 hours.

10.1 Data Collection

DreamPlots collects personal information including name, email, phone, location, and payment details to provide Platform services. Data is collected as per our Privacy Policy.

10.2 Data Usage

Your data is used for account management, transaction facilitation, service improvement, analytics, and marketing (with your consent). We do not sell personal data to third parties without explicit consent.

10.3 Data Security

DreamPlots employs industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. However, no data transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee complete protection against breaches.

10.4 Cookies & Tracking

DreamPlots uses cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to improve user experience, track engagement, and personalize content. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may limit Platform functionality.

11.1 Right to Modify

DreamPlots reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after modifications indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

11.2 Notification

Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email. Non-material clarifications may be updated without explicit notification.

11.3 Service Changes

DreamPlots may add, remove, or modify features and services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of material changes affecting their experience.

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and DreamPlots regarding Platform usage.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Any legal action or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow.

12.4 No Waiver

DreamPlots' failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or any other provision of these Terms.

12.5 Third-Party Rights

These Terms are between you and DreamPlots. No third party has rights to enforce these Terms unless explicitly mentioned. Third-party service providers (Razorpay, Google, etc.) are bound by their own terms.
